Hi! I'm Saara.
(Yes, the "double-a" is intentional—it’s Finnish!)
There’s no separate "About" page here because I believe brevity is a skill. Here’s what you should know about me:
1. I'm hooked on design. My social media feed says it all—endless web and graphic design tips and inspiration flood my Explore and For-You pages, and I can’t seem to get enough. And I love a good design summit! Rest assured, that very same passion carries into every project I take on when I'm on the clock.
2. Organization and quality always come first. I approach every project with care, asking thoughtful questions (seriously, it’s my superpower) and following a checklist that guides us seamlessly through the design process. Don't fret, I got you!
3. With a degree in Communication Studies, I have a strong foundation in linguistic nuance, as I like to call it. Basically - what we say, how we say it, and how we package the message visually ALL matter. When you collaborate with me, you won’t have to navigate that crazy world of online business communication alone!

Helia Studios is named in honor of my mother, Heli, whose radiance, never-ending kindness, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire everything I do. After her sudden decline in health and passing in mid-2024 from butterfly glioblastoma, something shifted in me—I felt compelled to make a big change. That’s when I chose to pour my energy into my own business, turning my passion for design into a full-time pursuit of helping others connect and thrive online. My mother never got to see me take this step, but her legacy fuels my work, and every project I take on is a tribute to her. Äiti, I'll do my best to make you proud ❤️
